How to Knit a Yoga Mat or Beach Mat Knitting Pattern

Sand and Sea Yoga or Beach Mat Knitting Pattern - Learn how to knit a yoga or beach matSand and Sea Knitting Pattern for Beach or Yoga Mat

This fun pattern is actually called a Beach mat that can easily be rolled up and carried to the beach with you.  Our thought is that if you use a really soft or durable yarn that it would make a great yoga mat as long as it is knitted correctly in order for it not to slip or slide on a surface.  If you do yoga in a carpet setting you shouldn’t have any issues.
First select your favorite colors of yarn to knit the mat with.
