Crochet reversible ripple afghans patterns with a regular crochet hook

Reversible Ripple Afghans Crochet Patterns
Reversible Ripple AfghansReversible Ripple Afghans are blankets that look like the traditional ripple afghan we are familiar with on one side while the other side has a unique and interesting pattern such as the sweetheart ripple which shows off hearts in the design.   affiliate links
The sweetheart ripple afghan was originally published in Crochet World Magazine in February of 2009 by designer Kim Guzman and is now included along with 4 other afghan patterns in Reversible Ripple Afghans published by Annie’s Attic.
Included in the pattern book is the Brocade Afghan pattern, the Vanilla Cream Ripple, Bahama Twilight Ripple, and the Harvest Ripple. The afghan projects can be crocheted with a regular crochet hook and are easy to follow.

Caron Simply Soft Yarn is the suggested yarn to use to crochet the Reversible Ripple afghan patterns but any soft worsted weight yarn can be used. There are also helpful conversion charts and recommendations on types of yarns to use.
The finished sizes of all five of the afghan patterns are: 46" x 53", 54" x 56", 48" x 62", 44" x 52" & 52 1/2" x 56 3/4".

Experiment with the colors when making these beautiful ripple afghan patterns to see how to change up the pattern. Hearts don’t always have to be red for the sweetheart ripple afghan pattern. Instead try making them in colors of purple or pink for a little girl’s room. Change up the colors of the other afghans also to make them unique to your room or person receiving the afghan.
Most crochet reviews enjoy making the Sweetheart ripple pattern the most but all of the patterns are easy to follow and make beautiful afghans for your home or to give as gifts. The ripple afghan patterns can be downloaded on Annie’s Attic in PDF format here.
The patterns can also be downloaded from Amazon Kindle which can be downloaded on any tablet, Smart phone or computer or purchased in print on Amazon.
