Make Your Own Soda Can Coasters

Once you empty out an old soda can and clean them carefully with water you can easily make these using
some tin snips, Silicone and some simple white tiles found at Home Depot or any home improvement store.

Easy to Make Sand Candles for Outdoor Living

Want to Make some unique Sand Candles this summer for your outdoor living area.
These are so easy to make even the kids can help.
What you need...(hint check the dollar store for some of these items)
Some Colorful Sand (if you can't find colored sand make your own using food coloring and white sand or make some chalk colored salt to use)

and a funnel 
Step 1 - Fill a clear drinking glass with enough sand so that a votive candle placed on top falls just below the rim.
Step 2 - Set the glass inside a clear glass vase or jar.a99837_candleht.jpg
Step 3 - With a funnel, fill the gap between the two containers with layers of colored sand, using enough to reach the rim of the drinking glass
