Universal Classic Worsted Yarn

First thing to do if you are washing a skein of yarn is to remove all of the labels.
Next loosen up the skein a bit and place in a lingerie bag or a pillow case (preferably a white one).
Wash the yarn in cold water with like colors.
Dry on low to medium heat.
Remove promptly and your yarn should be soft and fluffy.
You can also wash by hand if you prefer before or after you crochet or knit a project.
